A Five-Point Seminar of Personal Discovery ™
Participants learn how to water the seeds to happiness by first beginning to understanding YOUrself. You have to find the leaves in your life that have meaning. Understanding is only found through fertilizing, pruning, and nurturing your good health – know your numbers (weight, cholesterol, blood pressure). You will discuss how to realize your dreams and desires while finding how wisdom can lead you forth – pay attention to the signs. And, you will taste and learn how to prepare healthy food – so you can be alive and thrive!

Re-RootingTM – Life’s Journey
This one-hour presentation focuses on understanding how your personal chapters are connected; how to make the most of YOUrself and focus on the journey at hand; and the importance of “Re-Rooting”™ and the significance it holds for your future – body, mind and spirit.

Break-Out Sessions
A 20-minute session with 10-minute Q&A on how to recognize the signs in front of you so you choose the best option for your future.

"Art in the Sunshine - A 20-Mile Road Project"
Sponsored by Members of the National Museum of Women in the Arts (NMWA), Central FL Chapter

I will create a piece of signatureart from old road signs that have been collected and primed at the Museum of Art and Sciences (Daytona Beach) for installation in Volusia County on roadways running from Ormond Beach through Daytona Beach to Port Orange (Williamson, LPGA, and SR415). A map of art routes, including the names of the volunteer artists, will be distributed by the Museum. I am pleased to be part of this "road gallery" founded by friend and artist Margaret Schnebly Hodge.
